We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Business Development Sales Professional to join our team at The Sahlman Group. This role requires the ability to develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions to effectively present them to clients and meet customer needs
  • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
  • Attend in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events to stay informed and build relationships
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
  • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in inside or outside sales
  • Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $93,000 - $121,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. As a member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
