Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Co-Founder with a strong track record of building and scaling businesses to join our team in Lexington, KY. As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with our Studio team to develop, launch, and execute on a vetted business concept relevant to your expertise.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a high-growth company from scratch. You will be responsible for taking our proposed concept from idea to launch and then scale it to achieve collective gains.

Requirements

  • A strong track record of building and scaling businesses, including overcoming challenges.
  • Operational leadership experience, including P&L ownership and/or management.
  • A unique perspective or deep experience in one of Hunsicker's focus areas, such as workforce development, education, housing, food access, wellness, etc.
  • A winning capability in product design or development, business development, engineering, sales, or growth.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
