**Job Summary**

The Administrative Specialist Senior provides high-level administrative support to senior management and teams. This includes scheduling, reporting, meeting coordination, mail, supplies, computer equipment, new hire onboarding, and special projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Supports senior management and teams by providing administrative assistance with scheduling, reports, meeting coordination, and other tasks as required.

+ Maintains accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is available to staff.

+ Coordinates office functions, including mail, supplies, travel arrangements, equipment, and facilities.

+ Assists with special projects, such as data entry, document preparation, and presentations.

+ Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

**Requirements**

HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Four years of experience in an administrative capacity; two years of basic computer experience required (MS Office applications).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Bank personnel and customers.

Able to use computer and various software programs, including MS Office applications.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location). This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
