We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and light industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead staff members in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Routinely work with service and install technicians to ensure efficient department operations and dispatch personnel

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and utilize manuals, schematics, and control circuits
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of local codes
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
