Position Description:
The CAM Programmer will serve as the primary point of intake for all customer orders, processing customer requests for custom HVAC sheet metal manufacturing. This includes inputting orders into production software, uploading into ERP, and creating order instructions for Shop. The CAM Programmer will ensure that duct construction methods meet customer specifications and industry standards, and will communicate effectively with customers to ensure success in this role.
What We Need:
- A High School Diploma and 2 Years of Related HVAC Experience
- Strong Customer Service Background and Spatial Reasoning Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs and Comfort with New Technology
- High Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-Task and Stay Organized
