Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinician to join our Adult Services team. As a Community Based Clinician, you will provide trauma-informed and relational treatment services to adults with serious behavioral health issues. You will work closely with case managers and recovery support specialists to provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, communities, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and engagement with clients
  2. Determine DSM V Diagnosis in consultation with supervisor, Medical Director, Psychiatrist, or medical provider as needed
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans, modifying as appropriate during the course of treatment
  4. Provide case management services and link clients to community support services
  5. Complete clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sources
  6. Maintain productivity targets determined by service
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree
  • State of CT license required (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience postgraduate in an outpatient setting
  • Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred
  • Cultural competency to serve a diverse population
  • Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills for individual, family, and group therapy
  • Knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources
  • Good organizational and communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting annual salary of $67,200 and a $5,000 sign on bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
