Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinician to join our Adult Services team. As a Community Based Clinician, you will provide trauma-informed and relational treatment services to adults with serious behavioral health issues. You will work closely with case managers and recovery support specialists to provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, communities, and clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and engagement with clients
- Determine DSM V Diagnosis in consultation with supervisor, Medical Director, Psychiatrist, or medical provider as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans, modifying as appropriate during the course of treatment
- Provide case management services and link clients to community support services
- Complete clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sources
- Maintain productivity targets determined by service
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree
- State of CT license required (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience postgraduate in an outpatient setting
- Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred
- Cultural competency to serve a diverse population
- Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills for individual, family, and group therapy
- Knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources
- Good organizational and communication skills
We offer a competitive starting annual salary of $67,200 and a $5,000 sign on bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
