We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional behavioral health services to individuals and families in need.
As a Licensed Clinician, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact in the lives of others by delivering evidence-based treatments, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and engage clients in treatment
- Determine DSM V Diagnosis in consultation with supervisor, Medical Director, Psychiatrist, medical provider or designee as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans, modifying as appropriate during the course of treatment
- Provide case management services and link clients to community support services
- Complete clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sources
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree
- State of CT license required (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience postgraduate in an outpatient setting
- Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred
- Cultural competency to serve a diverse population
