Job Title: Associate Licensed Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Licensed Clinician to join our team at The Village for Families & Children. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality services to individuals and families in need, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As an Associate Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will also provide case management services, link clients to community resources, and participate in peer consultation and quality assurance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and engagement
  • Determine DSM V Diagnosis in consultation with Supervisor and Medical Director or designated Psychiatrist, as needed
  • Develop treatment plans and contracts for services
  • Implement treatment plans, modifying it as appropriate during the course of treatment
  • Discharge planning, which may include linkages to community support services
  • Provides case management services
  • Completes clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sources
  • Maintains productivity targets determined by service
Requirements:
  • MSW or equivalent required with a minimum of 3 years' post graduate clinical experience preferred
  • Clinical degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed-eligible counseling degree
  • LMSW or equivalent required and licensed eligible
  • Must be able to function independently and be able to seek guidance when necessary
  • Strong diagnostic, assessment and treatment skills for individual, family and group therapy
  • Extensive experience working with culturally diverse urban populations, a wide age range, and a variety of clinical presentations; Cultural competency to serve a diverse population
