Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of audit staff to resolve complex challenges and deliver long-term solutions.
- Lead and manage audits within one or more segments of the Audit Plan, ensuring they are risk-based and executed according to Wells Fargo Audit Services policies and guidance.
- Develop and maintain solid business relationships within Wells Fargo Internal Audit and with teams across Wells Fargo.
- Prepare presentations and written communications to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Audit or Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of supervisory guidance and regulatory requirements related to capital planning, Basel, stress testing, and capital management activities.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically, analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Ability to create presentations and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Audit experience at a large financial institution or auditing company.
- Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CIA, CISA, CRCM, CFA.
- Excellent Project Management skills, with the ability to lead complex audits within budget and allocated timelines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

- A competitive salary range of $144,000.00 - $300,000.00.
