Houston Country Club is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Hospitality Concierge professional to join our Fitness & Wellness team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome members and guests to the Fitness & Wellness building and confirm reservations for service appointments.
- Provide personalized solutions to members and guests by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the club.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the club premises and venues to make suitable recommendations.
- Inspect group fitness classrooms, locker rooms, treatment rooms, saunas, and maintain building order and cleanliness.
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in customer service is a plus.
- Formal education in Hospitality Management, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree a plus.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment is preferred.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Jonas Club Management Software a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Competency and aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or overtime if needed.
- Outgoing and lively personality.
- Ability to work well with others as a team and help co-workers as requested/needed.
Compensation: $15/hr.
Benefits: Regular Part-Time: 401(k) Plan with 4% Employer Match, Employee Scholarship Program, and Employee Meals.
Requirement: Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
Certifications: Adult First Aid, CPR/AED.
