Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wastewater Treatment Principal Specialist. As a key member of our technical practice group, you will be responsible for delivering wastewater treatment projects, utilizing quality management processes to minimize risk and maintain work quality.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: You will lead wastewater treatment projects, including treatment plants, pumping systems, and other related initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Risk Assessment and Quality Management: Participate in risk assessments and project failure reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
  3. Technical Guidance and Support: Provide tools, technical guidance, staffing recommendations, quality reviews, and reference materials to Client Service Managers and Project Managers to ensure compliance with our Quality Program.
  4. Business Development and Strategy: Collaborate with the technical practice group leader and client service managers to develop strategies for increasing market share, exploring R&D opportunities, and adopting new technologies.
  5. Professional Development and Engagement: Actively engage in relevant professional associations through committee work, authorship of articles, papers, and presentations, and board positions, supporting the growth and development of our team members.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, chemical, construction management, business, or public administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum ten years of experience in water treatment technical practices and industry engagement.
  3. Skills: Proficient in computer software typically used, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, CADD, Revit, and GIS skills.
