Job Summary

The Guest Services Team Member provides exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience at Emerald Acres Sports Connection. This role is responsible for providing information and wayfinding, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-in activities
  • Process RV Park reservations
  • Be knowledgeable about facility programs and offerings
  • Operate multi-line phones and ensure all open gym guests have a waiver on file
  • Provide exceptional guest services for birthday parties
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and Team Member information
  • Professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints
  • Maintain a clean space and ensure venue cleanliness
  • Know and enforce venue policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Able to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school to adult
  • Flexible work schedule and regular attendance necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent guest service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
  • Must be respectful and friendly to all guests, visitors, and Team Members
