The Front Desk Coordinator at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets and directs visitors and callers to the facility in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assists with administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provides support to the medical team, including preparing patient charts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient information and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
