We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Net Worth Account Manager to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). As a key member of our High Net Worth team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters to ensure optimal coverage and placement.
  • Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, adhering to standard practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Determine acceptability and placement of coverage, collect premium payments when applicable, and resolve billing issues and service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor status of change requests, review policy documents for accuracy, and follow up on delivery of change documents to clients.
  • Oversee the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
  • Support clients with standard and complex inquiries regarding coverages, products, and services offered by MMA.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active current and valid Florida 2-20 insurance license.
  • 2-3 years of experience with high-net-worth clientele and key relationships with luxury carriers, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE, Vault, Cincinnati, and Berkley One.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience with Sagitta and Image Right.
  • Experience with EPIC.
