Position Overview:

The Principal of Operational Excellence plays a pivotal role in a forward-thinking organization dedicated to enhancing operational processes and delivering outstanding client satisfaction. This role requires working alongside diverse teams to refine business strategies and optimize comprehensive workflows. The ideal candidate will spearhead process reengineering initiatives, facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions, and serve as a catalyst for change to achieve targeted results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide interdisciplinary teams in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma practices, or process reengineering projects
  • Define and manage intricate projects to yield measurable business benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to promote cooperation and alignment
  • Keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence
  • Mentor and empower team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identify and rank operational enhancement opportunities

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science or engineering preferred)
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in operations or process reengineering preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is advantageous

Professional Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operational improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Organizational Design methodologies
  • Knowledge of intelligent automation tools for enhancing operational efficiency
  • Capability to connect strategic objectives with execution and learn from experiences
