Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Cardinal Credit Union Inc. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Welcome members and provide routine information concerning credit union products and services.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members through in-person transactions, phone calls, and outbound calls.
  • Answer questions about products and services and refer complex issues to the Branch Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six months customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Minimum of six months sales/referral experience with a focus on providing related products and services to customers.
  • A high school education, with some college preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
