  • Update project case files in our Net Suite database in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity and stakeholder visibility.
  • Enter information related to large projects into the database, including quotes and project updates.

  • Work cross-functionally to determine the viability of projects and present findings to the sales team and customers.
  • Manage phased projects, addressing any changes needed in an expedited manner.

  • Provide support to the external sales team, answering questions and providing necessary assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

  • Ability to decipher ambiguous information and define missing information.
  • Net Suite knowledge a plus.
  • MS Office Suite: Excel knowledge and navigation abilities.
  • Able to make calculated decisions on the fly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure and timelines.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills to produce reports related to project schedule and progress, cost tracking, and process management.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with ability to find creative solutions to communicate and pull key project data from customers and stakeholders.
