Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes to improve our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Corrective Action: Investigate and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to improve their quality skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality management systems, and process improvement techniques.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented personality.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
