Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes to improve our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective quality management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing, and process improvement.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
