Outpatient Registered Nurse/Assessor (RN)
Westpark Springs Changes is dedicated to providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for youth aged 11 to 18.
Our therapeutic program is designed to support mental health recovery through various services, including psychotherapy, psychoeducational and process groups, family and group therapy, as well as medication management.

Role Responsibilities:
- Uphold the organization's philosophy of care
- Coordinate and provide quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients
- Ensure adherence to medical orders and actively participate in treatment planning
- Serve as a patient advocate at all times.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current, unencumbered nursing license from the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) to be completed within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient interaction.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, particularly with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients is preferred. Proficiency in patient assessments, family motivation, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or similar entities is advantageous.
