Join Our Team as a Field Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at Spectrum. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair services for residential customers
  • Provide world-class customer service and education on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment
  • Perform basic to complex installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and in a variety of working conditions and locations
Requirements:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude
  • Ability to work with hand tools and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
  • Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record
