Job Summary

Beaverhead Motors is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess vehicle damage reports and conduct thorough inspections to develop plans and provide cost estimates.
  • Remove damaged parts and attach new ones, perform installations and upgrades, and refinish surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards, checking parts against estimate and ensuring proper parts are ordered and received.
  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work and notify management of any additional repairs needed or difficulties that may prevent a quality job from being performed.
Requirements
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
  • The physical demands of this job include bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, and lifting of 75lbs repeatedly throughout the day in a shop environment.
