About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Living Coordinator. This is a full-time position requiring a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in the field of Human Services. A Bachelor's degree in a related Human Services area is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and household management
• Develop and implement personalized plans to meet client needs and goals
• Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by agency policy

The salary range for this position is approximately $42,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities.
