About the Role

Tree House Brewing Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business success, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase same-store sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, including policy and protocol adherence, product knowledge, labor costs, and operational know-how.
  • Uncompromising desire for quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to navigate change and uncertainty.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $75,000-$80,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, wellness reimbursement, EAP, pet insurance, company-paid life and AD&D, flexible spending account, and 401(k) with company match.
  • Front-loaded paid vacation bank, birthday paid day off, three personal days per year, and 40 hours of sick time per year.

  • 50% discount on all products for personal use and two free drafts and two free crew cans per shift.
