Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Kimbrell's Furniture. As the public face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, presenting facts related to our home furnishings and products.
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Achieve established sales goals and drive sales growth.
  • Direct customers to merchandise within the store and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Provide superior product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized appearance throughout the sales floor.
  • Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers and cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
Requirements
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Ability to identify furniture by number, color, or description from invoices and complete sales contracts legibly.
  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions of home furnishings and assemble merchandise for display and delivery.
  • Fluent in English/Spanish.
