Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries to drive new business growth.
- Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to mitigate household risk.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions that provide passive earnings and can significantly increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for our annual President's Club trip.
Our benefits package includes high-quality voluntary health, vision, and dental insurance programs, as well as paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Benefit offerings may vary by agency.
Requirements:- Pass the state licensing exam once hired.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- B2B or B2C sales experience or a related college major.
- Competitive attitude, strong networking abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Problem-solving mentality, self-motivation, and strong time management skills.
