Insurance Account Representative

Ryan Walker - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and build long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends enables you to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You will also assist in developing strategies and establishing goals for our agency.
Responsibilities:
* Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
* Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing objectives.
* Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
* Work with the agency's team to ensure successful customer relationships.
Qualifications:
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
* Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
* Ability to effectively relate to customers.
* Property & Casualty license required.
