Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Bizzabo is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest and most strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, growth, and retention of our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to customers to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
