Job Description

Bizzabo is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest and most strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, growth, and retention of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to customers to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
