We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our Monsey, NY facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
  • Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
  • Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
  • Manage documentation of resident care services
  • Promote a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
  • Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
  • Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
