Job Overview

Wilshire Finance Partners, a California-based real estate finance and investment company, is seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to support the commercial mortgage loan process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the initial screening of multifamily and commercial real estate loan requests and prepare loan packages according to company programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Support processors and underwriters in the preparation and review of loan requests.
  • Communicate with internal and external business partners to ensure timely processing and efficiency.
  • Maintain the client relationship management (CRM) system to track loan progress and client interactions.
  • Perform data gathering, data input, and market research to support loan processing and underwriting.
  • Manage the loan calendar to ensure timely processing and efficiency.
  • Identify potential issues, increase efficiency, and guide transactions to closing.
  • Perform other administrative tasks, such as making telephone calls and booking appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in commercial mortgage loan processing or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of multifamily and commercial real estate mortgage requirements.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office systems, including Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data and information.
  • Prior mortgage lending sales or related sales experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associates Degree and California Department of Real Estate License required.
