Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Meta is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the development of our cloud-based data platform. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing and implementing numerous technical initiatives with various stakeholders, including Engineering, Process, and Vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive technical design discussions to develop solutions for a cloud-based data platform.
  • Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.
  • Track and analyze key operational data metrics to understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional partners and vendors to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop scalable solutions to support Meta's global outsourcing base.
  • Develop project schedules based on product requirements, technical challenges, and business needs.
  • Influence roadmaps and long-term strategy of the cross-functional teams.
  • Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify potential setbacks.
  • Manage cross-functional programs covering a range of products across all lines of the business.
  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

Requirements:

  • Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 24 months in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
  • Requires 24 months of experience in the following:
    • Technology program management focused on software experience in working on development infrastructure and tools.
    • Software development processes and best practices.
    • Project and issue tracking systems.
    • Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
    • User access profiling, requirements gathering, and defining engineering scope.
    • Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
    • Fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations.
    • Cloud (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud) and data analytics technologies.

Compensation:

$149,732/year to $165,440/year + bonus + equity + benefits
