About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team at our Corporate Offices in Tacoma, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Gensco's e-commerce website and digital marketing strategy.
  • Identify and contribute to website enhancements for a superior customer experience.
  • Document and organize Gensco's e-content repository and collaborate with product experts to validate product data.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and upload quality product photos for e-commerce platforms.
  • Enhance the Gensco Team website for corporate communication and user engagement.
  • Provide customer training and support for online platforms.
Requirements
  • Completion of a college program or equivalent experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related studies.
  • Experience with product photography, photo editing tools, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and website platforms and mobile applications.
  • Understanding of security principles and their application to e-commerce solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Superior customer service approach and ability to respond to requests with urgency.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with others.
