Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Website Management: Assist in managing Gensco's e-commerce website, ensuring a superior customer experience through timely and accurate content, and functional tools.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of our digital marketing and sales strategy, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Content Management: Document and organize Gensco's e-content repository, collaborating with product experts to validate the accuracy and quality of product data.
  • Content Creation: Assist in gathering and creating e-content to support Gensco's e-commerce goals, both internally and externally.
  • Product Photography: Plan, shoot, edit, organize, and upload high-quality product photos for e-commerce platforms.
  • Team Website Enhancement: Assist in enhancing the Gensco Team website to facilitate corporate communication and user engagement.
  • Customer Training: Provide internal and external customer training and support for Gensco's online platforms.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a college program or equivalent experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, content management, or related studies.
  • Experience: Experience with product photography, photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), and content management systems.
  • Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce and/or website platforms and mobile applications, understanding of security principles, and ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, customer service-oriented approach, and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
