About the Role:

The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, growing volume, managing attrition, and responding to customers' needs. This role is part of the SC Fuels team, a Pilot Company, supporting the Fleet Card Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and Maintain Current Customer Volume: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to grow and maintain volume.
  • Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Identify customers with growth potential and develop strategies to increase volume.
  • Manage Customer Attrition: Monitor and manage customer attrition by contacting customers with a 20% or greater decrease in weekly volume and scheduling visits as needed.
  • Provide Support and Solutions: Provide customized customer reporting, customer support, education, and training, as well as manage sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Analyze and Provide Pricing/Payment Terms: Analyze and provide pricing and payment terms to ensure sales targets are not impacted.
  • Liaison with Credit Department: Liaison with the Credit Department for collections and fraud review.
  • Process Card Issues: Process card issues and report and analyze KPIs.
  • Attend Weekly Sales Meetings: Attend weekly sales meetings in person.
