Recruiting and Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and compliant employment files and records.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Identify HR trends that may impact organizational objectives and operational goals.
- Answer employee benefits and basic HR inquiries.
- Ensure onboarding paperwork is completed and filed accurately.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruiting program.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and support.
- Maintain employee reviews and document HR compliance as needed.
- Enhance SERVPRO U Team Dobson LMS training programs.
- Interpret laws and policies, advising management and franchise employees.
- Administer FMLA leave according to company policy and federal law.
- Oversee payroll wage garnishments.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prompt, polite, and professional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Capacity to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary tools.
- Experience in commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- PHR/SPHR certifications a plus.
Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per year
