ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are in search of Licensed Spa Professionals specializing in Massage Therapy and Esthetics.

MASSAGE THERAPIST RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Massage Therapist include, but are not limited to:
  • Delivering 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional environment.
  • Assessing client needs and developing a tailored treatment plan.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms after each session and at the end of shifts.
  • Complying with all state regulations regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

ESTHETICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Esthetician include, but are not limited to:
  • Consulting with clients and performing facials and body treatments in a professional environment.
  • Focusing all efforts on ensuring member satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A valid CT Massage Therapy license or certification.
  • A valid Esthetician license.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Training in facial and body waxing is essential.
  • A willingness to grow within our organization while enhancing personal skills and knowledge.
  • Availability for full-time work (part-time options may be available).
  • Evening and weekend availability is required.
  • Cross-training in various services such as Stone massage, Prenatal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  • A dynamic personality that fosters group cohesion.
  • Computer literacy.
