Position Overview

The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role at Cleveland Children's Clinic is crucial in delivering therapeutic services to children and their families. In this position, you will play a significant part in enhancing the emotional health of our young clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions tailored for children and teenagers.
  • Evaluate the psychological needs of clients and create suitable treatment strategies.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to assist children in navigating emotional difficulties.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Keep precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the relevant state.
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience in working with children and adolescents is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
