Job Title: Millwright

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at EMCOR Group. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for diagnosing, replacing, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and implement repairs
  • Replace and repair components, including pumps, gearboxes, and plate heat exchangers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical system schematics and drawings
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in machining, fabrication, rigging, and equipment repair
  • Knowledge of gearboxes, blowers, pumps, and pump alignment
