As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plant or mine equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturer/Mosaic's standards. You will also perform preventative maintenance (PM) and ensure all work is done in a safe and expedient manner. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of related Construction/Industrial Millwright work experience or completion of an accredited Apprenticeship program. Phosphate industry experience is preferred. The physical demands of this role include the ability to safely perform tasks without posing a direct threat to oneself or others, climb stairs, and work at various heights. Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and repair plant or mine equipment and machinery
* Perform preventative maintenance (PM)
* Ensure all work is done in a safe and expedient manner
* Use hand tools, torches, and welding equipment
* Operate overhead cranes and other heavy equipment
* Train and become certified to operate boom trucks, large forklifts, and aerial man lifts

Requirements:

* 4 years of related Construction/Industrial Millwright work experience or completion of an accredited Apprenticeship program
* Phosphate industry experience preferred
* High School Diploma or GED preferred; Associates Degree (Vocational, Millwright, Pipefitter, Boilermaker, Machinist, or Welding) training program preferred
* Open to shift work availability (Dupont schedule)
* Ability to safely move in and through work areas, including climbing stairs, maintaining good balance, being mentally alert, having good visual acuity, and safety working at heights
* Ability to safely work in and around heavy industrial environments, including moving objects, concentrated chemicals, and transport vehicles
* Complete pre-job workplace examinations
* Responsible for the safe and compliant storage/inspection/usage of tools and equipment as assigned
