**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and energized Banquet Manager to join our team at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing dining events, managing food and beverage services, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Event Planning**: Plan and coordinate dining events, including menu planning, table settings, and audio-visual equipment.
  • **Food and Beverage Management**: Manage food and beverage services, including inventory, ordering, and preparation.
  • **Guest Services**: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by responding to requests and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Staff Supervision**: Supervise and train banquet staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • **Room Preparation**: Prepare event spaces, including setting up tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment.
  • **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.

  • **Physical Demands**: Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
