**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness and attention to guests' needs.
  • Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness before, during, and after each shift.
  • Read and execute Banquet Event Orders, and assist in banquet functions as needed.
  • Set tables correctly and uniformly, using clean and pressed linens, clean silverware, and clean glassware.
  • Explain menu items to guests, highlighting major ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Keep stations neat and clean during service, and constantly patrol assigned areas to ensure excellent service.
  • Assist lead servers and captains in breaking down tables, buffets, and other special food service equipment.
  • Setup, serve, and break down coffee breaks, receptions, and other functions as assigned.
  • Complete assigned side work, such as refilling condiments, sorting linens, and cleaning serving equipment.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
