Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Carolina Country Club. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary duties will include setting up banquet areas, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
  • Serve food and beverages to members and guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
  • Assist with closing functions, including removing linens, busing glasses and dishes, and resetting the room for the next function
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Eligible employees may be offered benefits after 6 months of service, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, paid time off accrual, and more. All employees receive free meals on scheduled workdays and discounted merchandise from our pro-shops.
