Job Title: SAP Central Finance Architect

Capgemini FSSBU is seeking a highly skilled SAP Central Finance Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP Central Finance solutions that centralize and harmonize financial processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Central Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems.
  • Manage the integration of financial data from various source systems into the Central Finance environment, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Configure financial modules in SAP, such as FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and others as required, to meet business needs.
  • Develop and manage data mapping rules and strategies to ensure consistent data flow between source systems and Central Finance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in or lead SAP CFIN projects, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the Central Finance setup, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Provide training to end-users on SAP Central Finance functionalities, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the system.
  • Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the Central Finance environment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP Certification in Finance or Central Finance (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
  • Proven experience in SAP Central Finance implementation projects, with a strong understanding of financial processes and data integration in SAP environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance and related modules, with expertise in financial data migration, mapping, and harmonization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including CFO Level Communications skills.
  • Experience with SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) or similar tools for real-time data replication, as well as non-SAP financial systems and their integration into SAP CFIN.
  • Ability to travel as needed for project implementation and support.
