SAP FI/CO Engagement Manager

TEPHRA is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Engagement Manager to lead our team in implementing and maintaining our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FI/CO team in implementing and maintaining SAP FI/CO systems, with a focus on product costing and financial accounting.
  • Develop and implement FI/CO templates for manufacturing units and corporate finance roll-out.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration with other modules, such as Hyperion.
  • Conduct business process workshops to gather requirements and present new functionalities to users.
  • Develop workarounds for processes that cannot be mapped in the standard S/4 HANA system.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of hands-on experience in FI/CO implementations.
  • Strong expertise in finance and product costing areas.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Implementation experience in global finance roll-out.
  • Knowledge of material ledger, product costing areas, and profitability analysis.
  • Ability to lead a team of consultants and client team members.
  • Implementation experience in SAP GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, and PCA areas.
  • Experience with new GL functionality, including parallel ledger with multiple valuation areas and multiple sort methods.
