Role Summary:

We are currently in search of an Enterprise Sales Executive for the EMEA Region. This full-time role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to become a key player in our expanding Sales Team, focusing on generating new accounts within a vibrant company. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Executive will be tasked with acquiring new sales accounts across the EMEA region. Success in this role will hinge on effective collaboration with various departments, including Customer Success, Product Development, Accounting, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities by assessing prospects within the industry.
  • Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and promote additional products and services.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to assess current product usage and future potential.

Building Internal Partnerships:

  • Facilitate internal kickoff meetings to ensure alignment on client projects.
  • Track accounts receivable progress and contribute to initiatives aimed at maintaining positive account balances.

Contributing to Venza's Growth:

  • Articulate the Venza value proposition to potential clients.
  • Relay market feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Promote new product releases and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in selling SaaS products.
  • A proactive and energetic approach to teamwork.
  • Familiarity with effective sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation abilities and skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Venza's offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Willingness to travel (over 25%).

Experience and Education:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven success in selling SaaS technology and managing complex corporate accounts.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the hotel or travel technology sector is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities are essential.

Compensation:

  • Compensation Range: €80k - €90k/year + Commission + Bonus, with an OTE of €180k.
