**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Phoenix Senior Living. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our communities.
Key Responsibilities- **Market Analysis and Planning:** Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- **Account Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community leaders, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- **Sales and Marketing Execution:** Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- **Reporting and Analysis:** Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports, analysis, and insights to inform business decisions.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and marketing skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- **Computer Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
