Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at PuroClean Home Savers of Columbus/Galloway/Grove City, OH. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent communication skills.

About the Job:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing production crews and job assignments, ensuring adherence to PuroClean's production guidelines. Key responsibilities include assigning and coordinating jobs with the production crew, maintaining open communication with the General/Operations Manager and Owner, and ensuring timely completion of job files and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer satisfaction and represent the brand
  • Oversee all aspects of the production process and customers' needs
  • Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships with centers of influence
  • Manage production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinate with GM/Owner
  • Ensure jobsites are left with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicate and manage customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians

Requirements:

  • Construction experience
  • Experience writing estimates using Xactimate and Mobile Claim is a plus
  • Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
  • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating the message
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
  • Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
