We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Property Management Specialist.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 216-unit townhouse rental apartment community, ensuring that all aspects of property management are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with tenants, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Servicing makes readies and processing work orders in a timely fashion
  • Supervising and training property staff to ensure they are equipped to handle their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
  • Proven track record of success in property management, including experience with property management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in computer and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
