Job Summary

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist I to join our Service Desk team at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch end-user desktop and service desk support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for end-users, including installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment hardware and software.
  • Support a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with all levels of personnel.
  • Strong technical skills, including Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-placement physical examination.
