Solutions Coordinator

TGI Office Automation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Solutions Dispatcher to join our solutions team.
This role is responsible for managing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily attendance and attendance-related tasks.
- Respond to voicemail and email messages in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and manage open calls, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to review high-frequency service calls.
- Assign and route technicians' daily activity schedules.
- Communicate with customers regarding status updates and anticipated delays.
- Review daily deliveries and network-related calls.
- Manage EMP calendar network requests and interface reports.
- Correspond with technicians and sales representatives on a daily basis.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to effectively manage field personnel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with MS Office programs.
- Industry experience and/or dispatch experience.
- Professional presentation and self-motivation.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
